Pho Tastic

Newly opened Vietnamese restaurant on the Wuding strip. Still on soft opening, very cosy with a nice decoration.

Nice cozy setting. Tiny joint. Spring rolls 8/10. Pho 5/10. Broth just so-so. Beef balls better than sliced beef . Not bad, but not great. Not as good as Pho Real . Vietnamese coffee 6/10.

Spring rolls are surprisingly good. Didn't try the Pho yet. The staff is friendly but inefficient. Almost 30min to get a lunch set is not correct specially when you are on a tight schedule.

Only been to here once. The curry chicken is a bit sweet, but just like what I expected. Located next to a couple of bars , convenient!

Pho is delicious. One of the few places I actually enjoy for lunch . Cheap specials too.

Lunch special is tasty. Here's my cooked beef pho with some veggie spring rolls .

The taste was totally different from the last time. Fried spring rolls were so hard because it was too much fried. Fresh meet Pho was also not so good. I'll not come here for a while..

There are many kinds of beer , Vietnamese, Thai, Myanmar, Laos...,

Lunch set is a bargain. Exceent Vietnamese Coffee

The pho here is nothing to write home about: the broth is bland and lacks oomph. Pho Real is for sure better (not that it's setting a high bar or anything).

老板是个对越南情有独钟的人，在上海开的这个小小两层越南餐厅，在沿街那面一整面落地窗，引得路人经过都要往里面张望，从越南淘来的黄白花纹拼接地砖从地板一直铺到墙上，轻巧的木桌椅和二楼竹制的百叶窗都散发着悠悠南国风情，二楼的墙壁上甚至糊了满满一面墙的越南报纸。这里的pho与其他小菜虽然没有很出彩，但老挝啤酒和越南啤酒却值得一喝。 Read more
