Best gym in northern virginia for families. Previously a member of Xsport. Love Lifetime, the place is huge and spa and pool is great.

A decent facility located on Main Street of Fairfax. Conveniences like locker rooms , child care & pools are excellent. As a member, I enjoy their services for the best body & balanced weight.

This is an awesome training environment. Great staff & dedicated members. This club is a 1 stop shop.

Great gym , very friendly and helpful trainers . Good yoga classes . In the cafe I recommend the whey of life smoothie .

Andrey Borovkov is the absolute best personal trainer...professional, highly trained , and concerned for my safety and accomplishments. He's the one!

There is a lifeguard that needs to chill out but other than that everyone is very helpful and friendly . Nice gym .

Lifeguards need to do a better job of keep the kids out of the hot tub and the lap lanes. Other than that its a nice gym .

Spa is great! Try Felicia for a cut, color, or style. She is the best stylist I've had and her prices are great!

Pretty terrible weight selection, it's basically all cardio stuff. It's nice, but not as hardcore of a gym as I normally go to

Lots of exercise machines to please everyone's tastes.

Jerome's vinyasa is quite a killer class . Feeling the heat. Nice start to the day.

Try the turkey melt and a Whey of Life shake, with a scoop of peanut butter .. on point

Gym will be open Christmas Eve until 3, and then closes until 3pm on Christmas day. So you can get workouts on both days

If you bring young children, use the family locker room please.

The Centreville Lifetime is MUCH better.

Josh K. is the tough but awesome. He is a trainer that gets results.

Lots of machines open on Saturday afternoon.

I had a terrible experience at Lifetime Fitness today. A sales rep was very rude to me and my friend.

Try out the Sunday 6:15 pm hydrotraining class in the pool!

Wednesday Strike class is a great workout.

Swim at the pool around 10-11 pm, no one takes the lanes

The mens locker room smells. Towels all over the bathroom . Try using Ashburn gym . Much more cleaner.
