Ask for a discount on furniture and you probably won't get one. However you may get a free token which allows you to have tea for two with a nice cake .
Parking is always an issue, even when the store is empty! Staff have great product knowledge

Great selection but don't buy electrical. If anything goes wrong they don't want to know.
If you're using the 'collection' point here be careful. They tried giving our £400 iPod speaker to a woman that had ordered a £30 washing basket. And they weren't exactly apologetic about it either.
Avoid Saturday's stupid busy
