Best to go before the game to avoid major lines . But a must to get ur Bruins gear! Go Bruins!
Made the mistake of going in between a Bruins and a Celtics game. It was sardine crowded and impossible to walk around. Not much you can do about it but beware of peak times!

No fitting rooms. Warped mirrors. A few of the staff members could use some customer service training . Buy online at the NBA store instead.
Go in an hour before the game, less crowded .
