Lost my phone in either the shopping cart or parking lot and when I looked for it two hours later it was in lost & found, great customer service and either a kind shopper or honest employee to thank!
They have staff directing the lines to the registers. Great idea, to keep the peace .
The employees weren't very helpful! No one had a scanner and they had me walk all the way to guest services from the back of the store! Also, SMILE sheesh! Where's your customer service?????
