Breakfast is the very BEST value for your buck. They have an AWESOME Sunday Brunch . Stay away from there ground beef options (or SMELL them BEFORE EATING), I have had bad meat before, 3y ago.
Varied menu. Good food. Casual atmosphere . They even had a magician offering entertainment at the tables.
It's pricey for a restaurant that really like a diner . But it is good food. Big breakfast bar . We spend less at American Diner and are just as satisfied.
I like Joes Inn , but they should open for breakfast at 8:00. Who wants to eat breakfast mid-morning?
The meatball appetizer is exceptional. Three large meatballs and a zesty marinara sauce .
Pasta is great, pizza is also good.
Breakfast buffet is always awesome, but get here early
Portions are huge. Be ready to have your dinner for lunch tomorrow as well .
Friendly staff and fun environment. I heard the bloodys are good
Belly up to the bar for a cold Oktoberfest from Legend's, the local brewery . Make sure you ask the bar manager, Kevin, if he is related to Sarah Palin.
Mob Barley is amazing here. You should get it.
Try the salad specials... the turkey burger salad and the Mob Barley are fantastic!
Two must-haves, besides a draft pint of Legend: Calamari & Spaghetti a la Joe (both hefty portions )!
Great food!!!!!!!! Large plates at reasonable prices very worth it!!!
Chicken livers are to die for!
For the price, really a great meal. Good happy hour . Great Sunday brunch . Kids are .50 cent per year 2 eat brunch !
Great venue to relax and Kevin is the best bartender !
Delicious blackened tuna cesar salad June 5
Go here if you want a plate of spaghetti that would feed 3 or you want leftovers. G. Ramsay would shit bricks over the portions.
If you order the spaghetti -- be prepared! It's HUGE!
Virginia Living - Best of Virginia '12 (Central Region): Best Breakfast Restaurant (3rd Place)
This has really gone downhill. The past few times I've been here, both dine in and take out , it has ranged from awful to mediocre. Service is always nice, but the food leaves much to be desired. :-(
Lighter fare is fried fish and French fries ? This place is so confused.
Salmon special great!
Huge portions !
Great food but the veggie lasagna is too soupy.
Weekend Brunch
Greek pizza
The breakfast buffet is yummy and cheap !
Try the spaghetti !
Joe inn is amazing
Spicy Italian is money
Great place!
Spaghetti a la Natalie. OMG.
Here with susie who's been away all week
Good, cheap breakfast if you order off the menu . Skip the breakfast buffet - it's overpriced and the food wasn't hot.
No breakfast after two pm on sunday.
No more..found metal shaving AGAIN in my meal. Not again ever.
The bar crew is a hip group of fun kids - easy going and always helpful. My beer is always in front of my chair before I even sit down. Kudos! - Joe Elias
Kentucky Hot Brown is a great sandwich. homemade potato chips are delicious as a starter to share! - natalie kay
Meatloaf sand is awesome and the shrimp and crab nachos are really good - Billy Crum
The fountain is a popular spot for young kids during the summer. They can run through the water and cool off after a long day in the heat. It's a good alternative to going to the pool if you're lookin - Nicole McMullin
Family owned self serve fruyo. Great atmosphere and an all around good neighborhood spot in the Bon Air shopping center. - Bryant Getzel
