Nice relaxing way to wait for your connection! Make sure you book ASAP. Can be a challenge to get a spot. Massaging chair is a good alternative. Try it if you can.

As soon as you arrive in terminal 5 go and BOOK as the slots fill so fast. We arrived 4 hours before our flight and only went here 3 hours before and could get no treatments except massage chairs .

Showers look old, they are small and as there is no music ,you hear strange noises while other showers are being cleaned . But it’s effective and always good to get a shower after a long flight.

Book slot as soon as you arrive. If you are flying first, pre-book treatment through BA You First service. Treatments take 15-20m

I quite enjoy the massage chair . Best option IMHO and more readily available.

The showers really are WET. Keep luggage off the floors. Toothbrushes & razors available at front desk. Enjoy! :-)

Spa opens at 7AM. Book early for the 15-min sessions - they fill up about 2-3 hrs ahead, sometimes.

Been here 5-6 times, never a slot for anything other than a massage chair .

The massages are too quick to enjoy and relax

Take a shower to refresh you for the rest of your trip. You'll feel much better.
