SM cinema ticketing staff nor the concessionaire are customer service oriented. Two thumbs down I'll borrow my partnees as well so that's 4!

Cinema here needs to be renovated, seats are broken and always dirty , they use to be clean but sadly lacking maintenance , majority of seats have problems

Cinemas are not that crowded eve n if the movie featured is a blockbuster.
