Friendly baristas and excellent coffee (roasted by local Due South Coffee Roasters ). Their specialty drinks (like the espresso con cajeta I had) are worth the trip.
Hip . Sometimes in good ways, sometimes not. The good coffee is one of the good ways. It's connected to a restaurant with plenty of space to chat, snack , work, or all of the above
Good coffee , neat atmosphere, cute neighborhood . Beware: they don’t serve their own food. They were out of pastries when I was there @2p. (& I was super hungry.)
