Online ordering from app was offline. In store ordering screen did not work. Unmasked employees were indifferent and woefully undertrained. Took 25 minutes to place and get order!????

No online ordering, no rewards! Waited in line to order and then waited 30 more minutes for order to be ready! Love BurgerFi, but 1 hour to pickup is just ridiculous!
