Compact but well equipped gym . Nice views over the docks. Spotless changing rooms but annoying push/timer fittings on the showers . Water flows for about 10 seconds before you have to restart.
Great free weights and enough cardio machines to go around, but a lot of horrible gym etiquette - rude macho types and almost impossible to get the cable machine. Staff are lovely and helpful though.
Go early-ish in the morning Sunday-Friday - often quiet and no waits. Saturday mornings can get busy but Sundays are quieter .
Subscription is £44 a month ! Not much if you consider that you can followany of the courses! Once you are a member you can go to any of the Fusion's gyms in the southwark area!
They'll put the membership price down to £34/month if you ask nicely
Household subscription only £40 per person. Lots of fitness group activities included!

The centre is at the other end of Rope Street by Tavern Quay and junction to Sweden Gate.

Decathlon sells almost everything sporty!! There are 2 building and the staff are very helpful!! Some sections are smaller then others but makes up with the quality and prices of each item in store!! - Charlie Warren
