Apple Fashion Place

I love using the Apple Store app with the Apple Store. Nothing like walking into a store purchasing the thing you have in your hand with your own phone and walking out...oh, I'm doing it wrong?

#1 selling item bluetooth headphones. #2 Apple Watch . Most overlooked: Apple TV . Fashion Place is usually the busiest Apple Store in Utah. However I’ve never been turned away.

You can now buy accessories in the store using the Apple app. Saves tons of time because you don't have to find an employee to check you out.

Store is located on the west side of the mall . Enter the west doors next to H&M and then turn left at the hallway on the left.

The point of making an appointment is to know what time you need to be there. They need work on scheduling private sessions.

I am no longer able to reserve phones because this store burned through my reservations fucking around with their tech. Now they're saying I have to go in AGAIN and speak to a manager.

Classes are small and I learn so much about my devices. Thank You!

I have been left on hold for over 20 minutes now. This is after making reservation then wasting hours in store to be turned away twice because they couldn't get their own technology to work.

Come early to browse and mingle before the store officially opens.

This location may look less busy, but they're also less efficient. Waited forever after appointment time.

The Business team at this Apple Store is the best!

Make an appointment if you have technical issues otherwise they won't help you at the genius bar regardless of how slow they are

Even if you make an appointment it doesn't mean you'll get in when you scheduled.

Worst Apple Store ever. The employees have no regard for your time and no respect for customers. Made reservations but ended up wasting 2 days only to be mocked by employee. Avoid, use City Creek .
