Saba's has been family owned and operated since 1995. We provide fresh, healthy and authentic Mediterranean food. Our twice cooked gyros meat has become famous. We first cook the meat on a spit, we then steam it, to make it extremely tender and much leaner. Healthier & delicious is the outcome!

I like the Chicago gyro with tomatoes & onions . She likes the beef keufta pita sandwich . Both come with a bowl of red lentil soup in the meal combo. What a good lunch !!!
I have been coming here since 2007, food is always delicious and consistent. The service exceptional! My vote is best in the Valley!
Lunch today was a little different. We had the spicy cabbage soup along with our usual Chicago gyro & Kuefta sandwich . It was still ALL GOOD!
You can't really go wrong here: the chicken shwarma , the grilled veggies , the rice , it's all good.
Hummus and baba ganoush are Yummy!! The falafel pita was very good!

Prices are very reasonable, they give plenty of food and the place was very clean but the food was very greasy. Servers were nice but never came back after food was delivered. We won't be going back.
