Java on Ocean Coffee House

Just the right feel of busy and laid back . My favorite is the small bench right outside the window, where you can watch Ocean Ave whiz by. Owner's bird makes it feel like an nice inside garden :-)

Above the sugar and creamers is a rack of hot sauces . They're everything from store-bought brands to imported pepper sauces from Asia. Try them all, if you can! :)

Good warm atmosphere, good to study or get a hot tea with friends. Don’t love the food but I like the vibe.

Charmingly NOT a third-wave coffee temple . Old SF neighborhood vibe , cute little birdie in a cage that sings along with the music . (Zucchini bread was kinda stale though.)

An Ingleside treasure! The coffee is good & the service has always been great every time I've walked in. So many options for drinks AND food. A++

The veggie falafel wrap is the best thing ever

Very generous portion , pleasantly suprised at spiciness of vegi hummus wrap . A bit too expensive to come everyday, but I will be back.

I agree with most of the "tips". Slightly over priced but comes with the cost of doing business in this city .

How do you ruin a first impression! I ordred a Pastromi yellow mustard only. The small woman ask me 3 times "mustard & swiss only" I took 1 bite UGH she insisted I was wrong lol, pic taken, obvious !
