Great little coffee shop tucked away in the FiDi with robust Intelligentsia coffee , one of my favorite beans coming out of the west coast, and a small yet open interior aesthetic.

Fave local coffee spot. Great options include: Honey lavender lattes , matcha lemonades , cookies , croissants and my go-to for a traditional breakfast platter composed of eggs , avocado and toast

The side "walk through" option is awesome and surprisingly rare in NYC. No need to tie your dog outside or mime your order through the glass when you want a cuppa!

At a lot of places that serve Intelligentsia coffee in the city , you get a heaping dose of attitude behind the counter. Not here. Everyone is super cool. Get a chocolate chip cookie !

Excellent coffee and good food selection. We liked so much that went to take breakfast four days on a row and could eat different things. Fully recommend.

Latte CAT score - 8/9: Cup 2, Art 3, Taste 3. The cat loved his latte but was disappointed that the saucer and the spoon were missing. Meow! 🐈

Excellent cappuccino , wet and smooth. Intelligentsia espresso was right balance of sweet and bitter. Balthazar almond croissant was delicious

They have almond milk - a coffee necessity Starbucks and Bean & Bean refuse to recognize!. Also great sandwiches and paninis !

Nicely cold brewed intelligencia coffee . Chocolate crossaint is buttery but skimping on the chocolate . Yogurt parfait is avg. Homemade chocolate chip cookies are good.

Love the chai , and the Balthazar pastries are a def plus!!! Especially given the location. Space is small so snag a table by the window if you can!!!

If you've got time, they've got one of the best pour overs in FiDi. If you're in a rush snag a latte . Friendly staff are worth the visit.

Intelligentsia coffee is great. Oatmeal makes a solid workday breakfast . Just enough seating to meet a friend for coffee but not great for working.

Loved this place! Enjoyed a bran muffin with iced vanilla almond milk latte . Simply amazing!

The second place in Financial district that serves good coffee after Blue Stone Lane. To me those two are the only option for quality in the area.

The best grab and go place in the area, but if you have time, grab something and sit across the street by the fountains .

There's a general consensus that this place has amazing sandwiches ! We suggest you try the Turkey , Brie and apple sandwich .

If you have good taste, then finding something appealing in FiDi is about as difficult as spotting a unicorn, and this is one of the only good coffeeshops. Be forewarned though--there's no WiFi here.

The Genoa salami sandwich is a good one to try. Generous with the salami , wide choice of spreads. I like the pesto mayo .

In addition to good coffee , try the fresh mozzarella sandwich and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies

Best lunch spot in fidi. Paninis are on Balthazar bread and perfect size.

One of the tastiest panini's I've ever had(roast turkey , Swiss,& pesto ); the bread was extra crunchy, just how I like it!

Awesome espresso . Possibly best I've ever had. Not bitter at all; no sugar required. Try it.
