Their CBD Cold Brew tastes really good! Their Green Chili Cheddar bagel , mmm not that spicy as I hope to be. Next time I'll try one of their breakfast sandwiches .

I love Xtreme Bean as a local coffee shop , they make an awesome iced toddy . I order an iced toddy to reduce the acid I take in & I recommend ordering a toddy if your stomach is sensitive to coffee .

Coffee . Is surprising how many coffee shops offer a bitter bad tasting cup of coffee or espresso . Their coffee is good and they have all day breakfast burritos. The Baristas seem really cool too.

The frappes and Pineapple Express here are amazing, as well as the service. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cool place to study, with occasional live music !

Oozes atmosphere. A variety of spaces (patio , tables, couches , and separate reading/studying rooms) to fit just about any purpose/mood. Study-friendly during the day, and very social at night.

Everything is good - coffee is great; I love the sugar-free frapps & fresh bagels . They also have sandwiches & some desserts . Live music on Friday nights.

Wi-Fi, crowded , good coffee , unique, diverse crowd of you people-watch, free local-event tabloids by entrance (although LGBT mag 9 mos old?), you get what you pay for, good coffee/tea beverages.

Love the Mexicana here, the best drink on the menu by far. The homemade muffins are amazing, too. Only problem here is the crowds any time other than early in the AM.

The only place that opens overnight in Tempe. Even though it is Friday and Saturday night only, I love to go to this place late at night to do my school works with cup of coffee . They offer free wifi .

Love this place, open convenient hours (rarer than it should be) and most importantly a legitimate parking lot . No worries about getting towed, parking on the street, or people parking too close!

The strawberry banana smoothie is really good. I also suggest any of the breakfast burritos. They come with salsa that is to die for! Red or Green.

Great place to study! Get a blended chai and hang out in the quiet room. The baristas know what they're talking about which is really refreshing.

The prices are great, and I love the crowd. It's diverse- hipsters , bikers, students, etc. And the live music sets are killer!

Been a 101 times but alas not in a while. Love the smells and open atmosphere (renovated bank !). Cool work stations inside the old bank vault .

Coffee and service is great. Wifi is free but seriously restricted. No gaming, and many other sites blocked. I even had a problem with my school's website.

OK, don't leave a lot of tips bc want them to be real. At first sip thought hmmm. By the end it was even better than the fast food . of coffee art . AND they have my punkin spice to Christmas ! Woohoo!

Is often packed with college students studying during the evening. Try and get here during the day for less of a crowd.

Excellent strong coffee . Very computer friendly ; old bank vault has laptop stations and plenty of outlets everywhere. Lamps on many tables. Friendly staff . Key for bathroom sucks though.

Staff is friendly and is very happy to recommend drinks to you. Don't mention Starbucks though, they are slightly bitter.

This is my favorite coffee spot . You can sit in the old bank vault and study quietly .

Take a trip through the drive though. This is an old bank building . Receive your order through the 'Drive Through Teller Window' ... leave a tip in the cup on the ledge.

Large coffee and tea selection . Open 24 hours on Fri/Sat. Open till 11 otherwise. Cool. Scared about musicians though...

The coffee is starbucks quality in the least; so that means that even a bad cup is not bad. At the same time, there is nothing to make this coffee stand out as great. Crawling with ASU Students.

For a simple & delicious cup of hot coffee ask for the cinnamon coffee . Perfect with just a bit of cream.

Try the mocha frappe w/whip! Great on hot, sticky days!

Careful of the teenagers that live in the apartment complex next to the bean. They come by almost every hour on the hour asking for cigarettes and money.

Just had the nastiest chorizo burrito from here. The chorizo was bland, the eggs had a strange texture...but I guess that's what I get for buying a breakfast burrito from a coffee shop .

Upkeep isn't awesome, but I really like the atmosphere.
