Sancocho de cola (Oxtail soup ) rather oily but tasty. Ceviche de camaron (shrimp ceviche ) VERY wet (enough liquid to be like soup ). Shrimp fresh, a lot. Tasty, slight herbal edge to leche de tigre
Arroz con mariscos (rice with seafood ) decent. Had shrimp , 1 mussel , squid & octopus . Quite big portion . Topped with fried plantain : didn't taste of much, but at least some variety of texture.
Dishes served with sour & spicy sauce : good. Accompanying plantain chips ok: barely crispy . But free. Accompanying side salad good: fresh vegetables , half an avocado & refreshing vinaigrette dressing .
There's no English on the menu, and the staff don't seem to speak any either, but if you pretend you're in Latin America and use the internet to translate keywords, you can still order your food.
