Fort Wayne Children's Zoo

Fort Wayne's Children's Zoo is a great zoo that is definitely worth the price. With over 50 different animals, you'll be here for quite sometime. Try out the Sky Safari Ride to see the zoo from above!

Fun place! The River Ride is fun and you get to see quite a few animals from the Australia part of the zoo . The sea lion show is really neat too, they do it at 11 & 3, make sure to check it out!!

Come early like when it opens at 9 or even 10:30. It gets busy around 12 but if you come early there aren't that many families there yet. Also it's cooler in the mornings so animals are more active

This is one of THE best attractions in our region! With kids or without, this is a great place for a summer experience. I've been to many zoos , and this one is top of class . Always improving too.

Much larger than you may think. Clean park , unique layout. Animals all healthy, zookeepers are friendly . Food is poor.

Great zoo ! Lots of shade and affordable stroller rentals! Take the train ride if you can!

Check out the kangaroos - it's a big enclosure that you can walk through with them just mulling about around you. Great pics to be had - one hopped right in front of us over the path.

Buy the membership! It's worth every penny if you have a large family or plan on going a lot!

They have bathrooms all through the zoo now. Dutch the entrance one unless it's a must!

Bring a cooler with food and eat on the tables outside the zoo . The allow reentry so you save money buying expensive zoo food. Also buy a ride pass. You will save money!

Almost all features of this zoo are designed for kids. Let your child play in the 20-foot tree house or ride the log boat to see kangaroos.

Won't let you pet the giraffes ... It kinda sucks, cuz you're close up and all they let you do is feed and watch them... But the feeding part is fun!!!

Buy the membership. It is $99 and last for an entire year. Giraffe enclosure is awesome!

Getting into this zoo is impossible...people it's not that hard to pay and walk thru....ridiculous !!!

This place is so NOT wheelchair accessible !!! If it were, our visit would have been 99% more enjoyable.
