Service is excellent! Staff is very friendly ! This is a great choice for an easy delicious meal.

It had been a while since I last went to IHOP and this one was probably the BEST! The service was VERY personalized, the food was came out fast and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean !

This is my favorite IHOP. The staff is attentive, it's always super clean , never have to wait and it's spacious

Denise is the best server ever. Always ask for her. Don't fuck around, always go for Denise. Her service is impeccable. Managers take note, Denise needs a raise.

Hot and cold water faucet handles in the restrooms , but only cold water comes out. Fail. But the late night crew is awesome!

Got the cheeseburger with onion rings . They barely put any onion rings on the plate and the burger was very bland, no seasoning! It was okay, but if you don't like medium-medium rare, specify!

It's true. This place charges extra for things that are supposed to be included. I ordered something that included turkey sausage and was charged extra b/c "turkey sausage has more meat in it."

Does IHOP allow dogs in the restaurant if it is in a baby carriage ?

Oh and did I mention the ghetto ass waitress told us she had a bad night and needs to smoke a blunt! She tried to charge us for the milk that's supposed to come with our tea . We had to call a manager!

The Indian manager here is an idiot and doesn't listen at all. Getting allergy info is like pulling teeth.

I can't complain about the food, though. Food was up to IHOP standards.

The bald manager is a condescending jerk. He is not accommodating at all for food allergies. He's rude and doesn't listen at all! We had to repeat ourselves several times to get accurate information!

Worst service ever! Stale food and long wait for food... This location gave iHop a bad name!!! They gave us 20% off the bill but it still didn't make up for the horrible service. Never again!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever, the food was burned, scorched, etc. The waiters are spread to thin, don't go for breakfast ! First bad IHOP experience. It is ashamed the one on West Colonial closed.
