Great service, great rooms and beautiful property. They make sure you are in good spirits while you’re there and are quick to take care of your needs.
Great sushi bar and BLT delivered to your lounge chair on the beach . You can ask for higher end liquor at the restaurants such as black label . Great service everywhere. 3 bedroom villas are nice.
Get a suite on the 23rd floor It is enormous!This suite is ridiculous it holds 40 peeps easy. A full Kitchen , 2 baths, 2 terrace overlooking the sea and the lagoon. Seating 33 people.
Perfect location, it has the best beach , spacious rooms with the best views .
Family friendly , which is either good or bad depending on what you're looking for. Food was edible, but nothing fantastic. Skip the 'fancy ' italian and Indonesian restaurants , stick to the taco stand!
Make sure to visit the Da Vinci restaurant . I recommend the OssoBucco and the Chocolate Fondant dessert . Both are so good!
Make sure you have All inclusive package ! Otherwise it's a ripoff, everything it's going to be very expensive ! Sushi bar -good place to eat, but not great, La Paloma- also not bad, try seafood soup !
Book all your tours with Aldrin at the Best Day Desk. He's the best man and also He's very cool, don't book with Margarita , she is not cool as Aldrin.
Try the made-to-order taco/hamburger bar and self serve tequila/margarita bar in the palapa hut by the second pool level!

Great hotel ! Great staff ! But the rent a car wasen't honest with us!! Is better for you cross the street and try the Avis!!

The hotel is terrible. They even don’t have wifi in the rooms. Selection of food is so poor that it is impossible to choose anything to eat. Gym is awful. don’t stay here! noway!

Hotel mto bom!! So nao alugue carro no Payless, pois nao sao honestos! Nos obrigaram a pagar um dano q so eles viram! Tem um Avis do outro lado da rua!
