There's a great manager (ONE)! They are out of something EVERY TIME we go (wkly!) And i'm considering starting to drive to the new one Jiles , even though it's a few minutes out of the way.

The new drive thru machines they installed serve no purpose. They have two now. But as soon as you drive up to the 2nd one, it tells you to go to the first machine. Pointless in my opinion.

The New Bacon Clubhouse is really good, better than any of their other burgers .

This is the nastiest restaurant of the chain!!! It SUX!! The trash in the store is always over flowing "See the pics here." It's nasty & food is cold OFTEN! Go to Barrett Pkwy as its Clean & Fresh!

Cash only almost every night? Only have certain items every night. They leave something out of my bag every time. Breakfast starts at 3 am?! There's a taco bell across the street. Go there instead!

Good food, never had a problem with a wrong order, surprisingly.

I never have problems at this McDonald's. I always stop by this location in the morning on my way to work. The morning crew isn't bad. I don't know about the other shifts.

Just stopped with a bus load of about 60. They did a great job, moving very efficiently.

Breakfast is super busy yet there is only one cashier .. A big business like this needs to think smarter

Say McDouble instead of Double Cheeseburger . It's cheaper that way- 99¢ vs. $1.99

Leave. Go now. This place is fucking awful. Order gets screwed up nearly every time (8 nuggets in a 10pc..cmon now) employees leave their young kids in the play area while they work. It's FILTHY. RUN!

Allen and Spring have really brought the customer service back to this location.

It took me almost 15 min to get my order one night. This morning though has gone very quick and pleasant. Guess its a hit or miss.

My order is always wrong and seems old. Love new mcdonalds on Jiles though.

Food is often cold/bread is stale, order often wrong/items forgotten. Staff is always seemingly just standing around and ignores me at the counter. Shake machine always down.

Inconsistent food quality and service.

Last time I went there my burger only had half a bun . How does that even happen. They're super slow and forget stuff all the time. There's always like ten employees just standing around doing nothing.

i asked for a bun instead of a biscut and they gave me some crazy condiments on it instead of just changing the bun

They r super slow and mess up stuff a lot! BUT they don't complain that our kids are crazy and loud and they fix stuff when they mess it up quickly!

This is not the worst run Mcdonalds ever but it certainly is an honorable mention. In the morning they don't have their coffee machines up and u will pull forward to wait for food 1 of every 4 visits

Horrible, horrible service. Told about combos that dont exist, and overcharged for them, then yelled at by managers when we asked for it to be corrected. Ridiculoud.

This McDonalds has always been awful. Newly renovated building doesn't change the awful management. I've been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes now.

Service is always slow no matter day or night. SMH

Drive thru is slow at night. But food is acceptable.

Also wanted to add how small the chicken patty is on my sandwich . What a waste of money.

Really terrible service. Changed the price verbally 3 times and gave no receipt. I wouldn't be surprised if they pocketed the difference.
