Amazing hotel but is too far from city center. Traffic jam happens every time in bangkok and the distance make even harder

A bit far from mass transit on a road with a perpetual traffic jam , but still an excellent Hotel with a heck of a view .

good hotel ,specifically for business.a bit far from downtown so schedule up to 45 minutes taxi drive if need to be there. choose club rooms as top floor as possible. absolute must - drink on the roof

This old hotel towers over the Sathorn road and is known for its roof top bar . The super dated interiors are in urgent need for a makeover.

Vertigo Bar and Moon Bar 61st floor are amazing, no shorts allowed for men

Lovely welcome drink for every guests and non-guests who are waiting in lobby.

Take the elevator to floor 59 and then walk the remaining two floors to the sky bar for an amazing view . Dress properly.

Rooms & elevators are very dated, esp. Horizon rooms (Oasis are better & pricier ). Service subpar, staff poorly trained . Overall not a hotel I would stay at again. Water out of my bathtub is yellow.

Super breakfast - even have champagne there as well , all inclusive. Amazing staff , they even carry your glasses to the taxi stand !

One of the tallest hotel at the time. Not much of an architectural design . Great hotel with excellent service.

Now Moon Bar is back for business, come early to secure the seat, since they apply firt-come fisr-served basis, like others roof top bar in Bangkok. 

Moon bar is the must visit place to go beside sirocco at lebua, need music up there

Everything is so so except the friendly staffs .

Keep in mind that the nearest skytrain station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel .

If you desperate for taxi , don't wait until the taxi comes into hotel area. Walk out to the entrance area and hail a taxi from there.

Okay hotel , pool s small - gym is old but bathrobe s so great

Wifi is 20usd for 24hours... With 180usd room they could "offer" it...

Nice room - although charging sockets are inconveniently placed. Food and service are mediocre. I'd suggest staying next door at either The Met (cheaper) or Sukhothai (more expensive ).
