Itchiku Kubota Art Museum

small museum but the kimono craftsmanship is stunning, plus nice surrounds. you can go to the cafe w/o a ticket. they ask you to put your shoes in a plastic bag, consider bringing a reusable one

It is totally dedicated to kimonos designed by Itchiku Kubota. If you like kimonos you will enjoy this place very much. ☺

Absolutely beautiful

圧巻の辻が花 の着物美術館 。本館のヒバ建築 、新館の建物はガウディの建築 のようで面白く、広い庭も湧水による滝 など見事の一言につきます。新館の休憩スペースは飲み物が無料。テラス 側に隠れて珈琲 などの無料自販機あり。

基本的には着物美術館 なので、絵画派の人には興味が？です。 入り口の扉が"地獄門"風です。建物入り口までは玉砂利なので歩き難いです。

年に3〜4回の展示 の入れ替えがある。

トンボ玉も素敵です。
