This place is amazing. Quality of the staff , rooms, and property is amazing. Even when you are in Orlando during a busy time you are close to everything but feel like you are away from the craziness!

Here on business, I would definitely stay here for pleasure!! The rooms are very comfy and quiet the staff is super friendly and amazing. My only wish is that the good was not so expensive .

This hotel is beautiful. Get a room facing the east and you will see the most breathtaking sunrise. The bed are so comfy and the hotel overall is stylishly decorated . The staff is exceptional.

I stayed here during a work conference . This resort is amazing, it made the nights feel as if I was on vacation. Relaxing and spacious design. Comfortable beds and awesome food.

Fantastic resort ! Excellent location for a winter getaway. No matter your age there is something for you to do and enjoy. Only a mile from Disney spring.

Comfy hotel but the shuttle busses are at funny times and don’t make it easy to get back to the hotel if you want to watch evening shows in some of the parks

The place is immaculate from the cleanliness to the pools to the restaurants to the rooms. Everything is great. Grab a beer at the outdoor patio restaurant .

Great hotel for short weekend or extended vacation stays. Large comfortable rooms with free WiFi . Lots of restaurants to choose from AND they have a Starbucks ;)

Beautiful from the inside modern decor to the Vegas style pool! Nice variety of music played outside as well !

Beautiful resort but beware the parking fee and resort fee, it can add another $40-$45 a night to the hotel rate.

Everything is nice. Don't buy tickets to the theme park from front desk. It's cheaper at the park . They told us $108. We paid 95 at the gate of islands of adventure.

The lobby smells amazing. All of the staff are super friendly . Bring a bathing suit, pools are heated.

Parking is $18 per day. That can really add up if you're going anywhere else that costs to park .

Place looks very nice from what I’ve seen. Didn’t actually stay yet. Just a tour of the place.

If you can, get a bunk bed room facing the pool. Perfect view and great if a famous member snores.

Hidden fees on booking . Theme park tickets are a rip off of at least 18 dollars per ticket. Pretty much every single service offered was a rip off. The most dishonest place I've been in years.

Breakfast buffet is $22.

Coffee maker in room makes one or two cups at a time
