Delicious! I had #12 and it was far better than Pho75's fare despite the latter's numerous awards. Give PHB a visit next time you're in town !
One of the better Pho shops in Rockville. If you like the iced coffee with the condensed milk , be aware that they give it to you already all mixed in a glass. Something I haven't seen anywhere else.
A #1, a Thai iced tea and Vietnamese spring rolls , that's all you need!
Large chicken , extra jalapeños , and a order of spring rolls will definitely hold you until dinner .
