When I couldn't find the pour-over mug I was looking for, the staff offered to call nearby branches to find me one. Really helpful!

They really make sure that they have good espresso shots before they serve. Though honestly, the espresso is not strong enough for my taste, but a bit of hazelnut syrup goes a long way ????
