Been here few years ago. Booked a Family room (1 king size bed + 3 bunk bed ). Quiet pricy but worth to stay there. Its near the mall and Kuta beach at the back of the hotel .

great swimming pool , great service, great at everything, no worries to stay here for a long, long time . a lot of benefit you'll get it from here .

Best place to stay when holidaying with kids..and be sure to upgrade to a pool view suite

You have to pay for internet. But the signal doesnt work in your room, nor in the internet room. Only works ok in the lobby, but only in the morning. Afternoons it gets slow as a snail

Great service. But there were mosquitoes and ants in the room.

There is no connecting access between north wings and south wings. Thats terrible, so far away...
