The staff is friendly and helpful. We use them for all our pet needs. Dog, birds, and our 20 year old tarantula.
You don't have to leave your dog at home! Bring them and let them pick out their own toys ????
If you need a dog grooming appt, be sure to make an appt. a few days in advance. Especially if your trying to on the weekend. If their booked , sometimes you can try the W. Windsor store and luck out.

Do NOT get reptiles from here. 50% of the time they will be sick and they will tell you it's something you are doing wrong. They will not admit to bring in the wrong.
