The staff is excessively posh, but it's a nice place where to stay: modern and beautiful, you'll find everything you need as a traveller (confortable rooms , bathroom with amenities , etc), well located
Nice hotel with free wifi and complementary treats in the fridge . Good location, only a short 5 minute walk to the city centre.
Great hotel with free wifi , although bandwidth not so good. Gym machines are best I have seen in any hotel .
Hotel Indigo Liverpool finds inspiration in its past as a cotton factory : ask for a Cotton Candy Martini at the bar after a long day of explorations in the city !
You could eat at the Marco Pierre White steakhouse in the hotel , or you could walk down to the nearby Docks and enjoy the best Merseyside has to offer.
Nice hotel for young people. Clean , good service , late checkout, near shopping places! Reasonable price. Slow internet.
All perfectly nice and good staff
Excellent hotel . Good service , nice design, comfortable , free snacks .
Good choice of food in restaurant . Have the lamb & creme brûlée . Friendly staff . Good location.
Excellent bed and room amenities , the complimentary water crisps chocolate coke sprite beer , make for a pleasant surprise. Great recognition for platinum members.
The nicest thing you can say about a hotel is that you want to stay there again and I do

Nice place to dine and celebrate. Prices not too bad but can easy become expensive so much chose and cooked to perfection. Look out for the lunch menu two courses for £13.50 each. - Phil
New Liverpool discovery. Great food, lovely staff. The cheese board is not to be missed! - Monica Juniel Byers
Lovely hotel, rooms very nice and king size bed was awesome. Breakfast a bit of a let down but staff very helpful. - Kat Trinder
Good location within walking distance of almost everything. Clean and comfortable rooms and efficient staff. Fitness centre ok but could do with some more weights. - Mark Makin
Pan Am, the best chips in the world, amazing service! - Samantha Latimer
Had a lot of fun here. Great atmosphere. It was a specially organised event in the lounge for us at a conference. The group knew how to engage us all, get us up on stage and get us all singing along. - Louise S
Best for shopping and restaurants. You won't be disappointed. Although not as varied and big as Trafford, you won't queue for 2 hours to get in and out with more opportunity to actually SHOP ???? - Jon Stodd
