My wife's favorite is the Plymouth Fire roll . Spicy , tasty, and arrives flaming at the table. Just learned: umi is Japanese for "ocean."

Everything here is delicious, service is very good people extremley nice. My favorite roll is the New Michigan. Their Tempura is amazing!
