Authentic Viennese kitchen as I love it for reasonable prices, a place near the citycenter where locals go. Austere interior and friendly waiter . I'll be back!

Heimito von Doderer an Austrian novelist used to work in the extra room upstairs, which can rent for groups nowadays. I enjoy the authentic Austrian kitchen :-)

Traditional Viennese pub/speakeasy, called "Beis'l" where the local neigbourhood meets for lunch and enjoys phantastic local kitchen This is owned by the chef !!

Lovely waiters - delicious food (chicken with chanterelle and dumplings-so good) - plum strudel and beer . Really loved it

You can only pay by cash. Tasty food but giant portions !Old furniture ,nice atmosphere, very good staff .

Mind that it says tip not included in English but in German it says charges are included!! Once again an establishment trying to play on the N American style tipping. Otherwise nice.

Atmosfera veramente local, nessun turista e Wienerschnitzel piatto da provare, porzioni monster! Ottima anche la Birra del birrificio Hubertus Bräu birrificio della zona di Waldviertel dal 1454.

Ein Wiener Beisl, wie man es sich wünscht. Unprätentiös und mit Innereien auf der Karte . Eine sehr gute Entdeckung.

Besonders gute wiener Küche , fein zubereitet aber ohne unnötiges Hipstergetue.

Wirkt zwar ein wenig heruntergekommen, ist aber vom Essen her ein Traum und auch sonst sehr gemütlich !
