Caracara Mexican Grill

NOBODY does Queso Fundido w/Chorizo like Caracara. Best entrée is Enchiladas Mixtas (but I get it w/the tomatillo cream sauce from the Suizas). Every dessert is outstanding. Best. Waitstaff . Period.

If you order the quesadillas , you should ask them to have it with the shredded chicken - Its amazing!!!! The staff knows us by name and is always friendly , helpful and amazing! We love Caracara!!! 

Table side guacamole .. little expensive but tastes great... tried the steak with 3 eggs . Was made to perfection

My boyfriend and I visit at least once or twice a month! We're obsessed with Caracara and their amazing food, we can't get enough!! The staff is so friendly , they even know us by name now!

Everything is delicious here, especially the guacamole and margaritas . Also very impressed with the wait staff . Come here often with other blind friends and everyone's quite courteous and helpful.

Brussels sprouts are amazing! And the white sweet potato mash that comes with the carne asada was so tasty and a nice side!

My dining experience on Friday, September, 5, 2014, was excellent. My server, Chris Collins, was professional, courteous, and made the best guacamole , I have had yet.

Favorite Mexican place on LI! Jalapeño cucumber margarita is delicious and you can never go wrong with empanadas or tamales !

Careful: the delicious table side guacamole is accompanied by a delayed heat at the back of the palate and down the throat.

Their homemade habanero sauce is freshly made , super flaming hot, and the best I've ever had.

Great pitchers of Sangria , however disappointed with the meal as the Tacos were on the small size and the tortilla 's arrived cold.
