I had the lobster ravioli and I absolutely adored it. They do very good job of refined Italian, they have a small menu that changes often, but everything was absolutely amazing! I would eat here every
One of the more solid restaurants in DC . Great lamb and solid wine list , plus outdoor seating - what more do you want on a hot summer night.
Best foie gras on the East Coast. Superlative service, amazing food, delicious cocktails and outstanding wines . Plus you might spend an evening with a Supreme Court Justice or a member of the Cabinet!
Great happy hour drinks and snacks . Very fresh and flavorful ahi tuna tartare .
Trabocchi brought back some of his old restaurant Maestro's most popular dishes, such as the lobster ravioli & a thin-layered lasagna . New items keep diners coming back for more. [Eater 38 Member]

Fiola is THE best Italian restaurant I have visited in the US (and there where a few)!! Not only is the food outstanding, but also the service and the wine list .
Everything is amazing! The lasagna as well as the lamb tortellini were stand outs. The pistachio soufflé is a delicious way to end the meal.
Lobster ravioli is great. Also had their doughnut desert and coffee . Warm and inviting ambience. Not stuffy at all. Friend had the Bronzino and that also looked good.
Fiola has been cited time and time again since it opened last year for the talents of chef Fabio Trabocchi , but perhaps just as frequently for the talents of bar manager Jeff Faile.
Could be the best Italian restaurant in DC . Fresh fish , salads , homemade pasta and desserts all delish. And the service is top notch.
What to get: Tuna-topped crostini ; burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil ; meatballs with a sunny-side-up egg ; pappardelle with ragu of Scottish hare; lasagna with morels and truffles .
Great place, great waiter , great wine . However my night was ruined while eating my chewy, rubbery, suckling pig . I bit into a raw clove of garlic ... I was told it " accidentally " fell into my plate.
One of the best places I've eaten at in DC. So worth the price, service is spectacular, food is phenomenal. Can't say enough good about this place.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room is very upscale , cozy and the music a collection of "Chill " tunes .
Chef Trabocchi puts together the most impressive tasting menu in the city . Add the wine pairing and you will be talking about your dinner experience for weeks.
Very good food. Table available on sat night with short notice. Waiters super professional. We were party of six and all our meals were magnificent!
Order razor clams to start. Paper thin papardelle w mushrooms . Then close w the donuts . You will love. Oh - and see Jeff at the bar for a perfect cocktail .
The best tartare I have ever tasted (and I have had a lot!)!! Bison tartare with poached egg and parmigiano cream!! Unbelievable!
One of the hottest and best restos in DC right now. Weekend reservations are hard to come by, so book early or walk in during the week for lunch . The food is truly amazing.
On Feb. 13, Michelle Obama dined at Fiola, known for its divine pasta . Chef Fabio Trabocchi’s wife and wine director John Toigo tweeted about pairing wines for the first lady. Read more

Great service. Great food! The lobster ravioli is amazing. Arturo, the waiter made our evening so special. Thank you!
The bar program here is outstanding. Also, the individual pour of your drink from the shaker into an empty chilled glass in front of you is a nice touch.
Food is amazing. Had oysters , Bronzino and fettuccini pasta ..... Highly recommend
Great cocktail list . A lot of unusual ingrediants. Highly recommend Ain't that a Daisy w/tequila and Straight to the Top w/bourbon.
Get the butternut squash and huckleberry risotto . And Tuscan olive oil gelato with fleur de sel caramels for dessert .
Pastas , "susci," and burrata wowed us. Suckling pig , not so much. Be sure to try the ricotta doughnuts for dessert .
Fabio Trabocch triumphantly returns to DC with this Italian restaurant that has a rustic vibe to it. Get the lobster ravioli . And tell us what you think about it.
Amazing risotto but do not miss the lobster ravioli...keep eating!!!
Been there twice and have not had anything less than amazing. Pretty pricey but worth it.

Open for about a year now. The GM comes from Manhattan 's downtown district. I thought I knew him. Small world
The best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. Risotto is to die for!
Hand down one of the best places to eat in DC. The Lobster Ravioli melts in your mouth.
Great upscale restaurant , experienced the private dining in private roomt
Fabio Trabocchi's grilled buffalo-mozzarella-with-basil sandwich accompanies a steaming bowl of rustic Tuscan-style tomato soup .
Skip burrata with tomatoes .. The ahi tuna tartare was refreshing but not a must. The steak tartare was better. Order the lobster ravioli if someone else is paying for it. Donuts were overrated.
The Tuna Carpaccio is beyond good!!! Don't miss this.
The burata and tuna carpaccio are amazing!
Ahi tuna Caesar salad
Chef Justus seriously knows what he's doing. Incredible eats.
