Grunting like a little pig and dropping your weights to draw unnecessary attention to yourself DOES NOT MAKE YOU COOL! It makes you an unpleasant distraction and a douche. Most work out "silently".
Great gym. New equipment and it's always so fresh and clean. Very friendly people!
