Very meticulous. I absolutely hate the cuticle clipping, but I had Long Pham, and he was very gentle. They guarantee the gel nails for the first week; if they chip or peel, they'll fix 'em! Love that!
Only me! Had a chipped nail and they rebuilt it and redid the polish on all the nails since it was within a week --no charge! Love it!
