Pho Van Fresh

This place was great! The seating had bars , booths , and tables. The wait staff was friendly . I ordered the steamed buns as an appetizer , tastes very authentic ! And the beef in the pho was perfect.

Pho Van Fresh is all about serving fresh familiar Vietnamese food – Pho , noodles soups , grilled lemon grass meats with noodles or rice , banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches ) in a fun casual atmosphere .

Great Bahn MI Sandwich . Just missing the pork pate ' and orange peppers ! Also the Beef Pho ' was great and needs more lime , basil , greens and peppers otherwise the best Pho I've had stateside yet????

Get the green ice tea with chia seeds . Less sweet than Thai Ice Tea and a gem of a drink. ????

I had the salmon rolls + lemongrass Bahn mi , both pretty good! Great communal spaces and booths with drinks on tap at the counter.

Vegetarian crispy rolls and vegetarian crazy noodles are probably my favorite dish in Portland.

Love' love love, the Crazy Noodles with Chicken dish ! It will keep me coming back! ????????

Decent happy hour with good food. Recommend the hoisin ribs . The bar could use a TV .

Nice seating. Friendly staff and good selection of food and drinks.

If you're not super hungry just order a couple of appetizers . The duck buns and vegetable rolls are both excellent.

Pho Bo (beef soup with noodles ) is awesome. Happy hour is fun and a bargain!
