New York branch of a popular Chinese hotpot chain. Authentic and fresh. Smaller portions compare to some other places

A very clean , friendly , and generous place to eat. You can only choose one soup per person, but the sauces and appetizers are all you can eat . Great for even groups of 8 people.

Delicious, but be careful when ordering. Prices are reasonable, but they add up fast. Big portions . Big variety on menu and very good service . Much prettier than most hot pot places. Definitely a go!

The food is delicious and elegantly presented. The ambiance is wonderful and feels very classy . The service here is just outstandingly amazing. The employees here could teach customer service classes .

We waited for two hours. It was totally worth it. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good. Food is fresh and not too expensive .

Good food but horrendous customer service. Went on Sat, was told the wait was 30 mins, but waited 90 mins. They seat large groups first regardless of who came first. Not worth it.
