The Engineer is one of my dream sandwiches . Subs are always loaded and juicy. Only problem I've ever had is stuff getting soggy pretty quick when we get takeout .
Don't forget to try one of the many hot sauces at the end of the counter. The Rhino Peri-Peri sauce is great!
Get the meatball sub , ask for banana peppers and green onions on it. Yum!
Brisket is so good.. I like all the dips . People aren't that friendly but foods good.
