Great hotel with super-friendly staff right by the convention center and a quick walk to good restaurants and bars . The hotel lobby bar is perfect for solo travelers looking to unwind!
Great stay. All the staff I encountered from the doormen to front desk were friendly and helpful. Loved the bed and shower . Parking was expensive (even self parking ) but would stay here again.
While not my first choice of Boston hotels , seems to be a great place for an event . #CEBSummit has been remarkably well run. Lobster rolls , crab cakes & airy sweet potato pastries--great event food.
An exerciser's haven. They have exercise clothes you can borrow for $5 if you forgot yours. Includes New Balance shirt , pants, and shoes with socks you can keep.
There is meter parking about half mile walk, right on the bridge . Free after 8pm. There is also an attached garage , but it's pricy . They do validate.
Great hotel and heavenly beds. I checked in with a loud baby crying next door and the concierge was able to change my rooms to a corner room . Had a great stay! Thanks
Absolutely amazing front desk service. The hotel is also at a prime location. Close to many bars and restaurants . I cannot wait to return.
Sure, the price you pay is a little steep for the size of your room, however the hotel is located right next to a convention center and it is also pretty nice. Good beds
A lot of haters on this thread. I slept just fine walls no thinner than any other hotel . And yeah it's expensive but it's Boston it always is. Rooms n common areas lovely.
View is good!! But the charge of the parking on your room's card.. So you can pay only $36/night and you can get your car as much as you can.
They do guided runs (about 3mi) every Mon, Wed, and Fri. Great way to start your morning. The guides are knowledable and very friendly !
Very good event venue. Rooms are close together. Event staff people I worked with were fantastic.
Love that it's close to downtown and also 6 minutes from the airport . Newer hotel , not one that's been refurbished. The rooms and beds are comfortable . The restaurant is mediocre and expensive .
Fitness center opens up at 5 am, but ask the reception and they will send someone to open up for you even earlier.
Great hotel . Nice staff .
First room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After I complained, got upgraded to a room on a higher floor with city view . Super comfortable beds ! Didn't hear my neighbors, as others have complained
Hotel is beautiful but $35 to park for hotel guests is insane
Rodney is the nicest bellhop ever! Told us all about the hotel and the rooms features when we entered and said to call him personally if we needed anything.
Only thing that's free here is bottle water and in-room Starbucks. The bed is amazing with decent amenities , but skip food or drinks. The waterfront has much better and less $ just a 5 min walk away
Convenient location for the convention center but unfortunately not much else in Boston. Great heated pool/hot tub
Wifi should be free access in the rooms. Breakfast menu for the crew members limited :-( Nice hotel , rooms and gym with swimmingpool .
The doormen have ice cold water and a towel waiting for you when you come back from a run. Now that's service!
Great access to adjunct convention center .
Beautiful and clean hotel . It's in a nice area away (but not too far) from downtown Boston.
Walk to Papagayo for dinner one night. Be sure to order the strawberry jalapeño marg !
They still charge you for wifi (almost $20/day for "high speed") and walls are REALLY thin where you'll hear every moan and groan of your neighbor so ask for a room at the end of the hall.
Don't miss the hotel 's Birch Bar and Patio . They make great cocktails here. http://j.mp/IBocQ6
Classy hotel . Efficient and friendly staff .
Nice hotel , but you have to pay almost $20 for Wi-Fi. You can get it for free at Seaport Hotel across the street.

On Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings at 6:30a the hotel sponsors a 30 minute jogging group that tours Boston's waterfront sites
Don't forget to tip your room cleaner!
You can't plug your phone in anywhere near the beds
"Hybrid cars only" section has no outlets that support charging a car at 110v/15a much less NEMA 14-50. Price gouging on Wifi in 2014 should be against the law. Really crappy AT&T LTE coverage.
A line for reception, 4 kiosks and 2 people to assist —> 30 minute wait. ????
Standard Westin, yes the walls are paper thin and yes the parking it insanely overpriced, but all Westins are - it's what it says on the can! Breakfast SHOULD be included for $385/night - but it's not
Instead of matching an lower rate they will give u a 50$ voucher towards food
Oh, and don't bother with the wifi - it's not very good signal, and when you do get 'full service' on the gold package for $20 it's no faster than 3G.
Shiny and nice. Basically what you expect a westin to be.
Sterile and expensive business hotel far enough from everything to require a ride-share app. Unless you have to stay here, don’t.
Had an awesome time at Walker Stalker
park across st on summer, use the meters if you are just doing a biz mtg or meal, or you will pay $30 in the parking garage .
No wifi downstairs. $5 incentive to forgo a room cleaning , which is lovely, except that breakfast costs $30.
Instead of matching an lower rate they will give u a 50$ voucher towards food.
Awesome harbor
The most generic hotel in the world.
This is a very disappointing Westin. Service was not good, breakfast buffet was awful. If you prefer SPG Hotels , we had a much better stay at the Element Seaport last year.
Beautiful hotel and fantastic meeting rooms!
Summer Salad in the lobby cafe is really good. Add chicken to it.
Walls thinner than a best western. Sleep with the tv on if you dont want to be creeped out by neighbors.
There's often a long line in the morning but they're pretty efficient. - Alan Malabanan
Great staff..try the seafood sampler in the bar and a glass of wine! - Alex Turner
My new favorite hotel. So pretty and comfortable, and everyone we dealt with was awesome. - Sarah WithAnH
Great minimalist hotel! Everything you want in a place to sleep, clean and updated. Close to all the fun. - Erich K
