Everyone was so nice here, dropped my wallet and gay man ran to pick it up for me right away, another man was extremely polite when reaching over me to unplug his computer, welcoming to a straight gal

Love Peet's. The staff are (mostly) very courteous. The coffee is always superb. This store, in particular, thought, doesn't seem to keep a good watch on when the half-n-half has run out.
