One of the coolest restaurants in the D.C. area. Great food, good beer made in-house, and don't skip the general store . It's like a classic five-and-dime, but with an amazing beer and wine selection .

A real community staple with amazing brews, fabulous food and an always surprising general store . A true treasure in Prince George’s County .

Nice full service bar/brewery. Sat upstairs at the bar and had two good beers . They had a friendly staff that had been there for a while. The food we had was pretty good and prices were reasonable.

Franklins is very kid/family friendly . If you have kids it's a great place to take 'em. If you don't have kids and despise adults who bring kids to restaurants take note.

The Cowboy Burger is a must! — 1/2 lb Roseda beef , Cheddar , Franklins bbq sauce , bacon and add some caramelized onions . As always, medium-rare.

Must try the Sizzling Black Skillet Mussels with olive oil , kosher salt and butter to dip , really delicious!

The baked bean side is a meal in itself. At least two kinds of beans, plenty of pulled meat, and a sweet bbq sauce .

The ribs are a staple too! Get them with the vegetable and mash . You can start with the awesome mussels and still have room. Wowsers!!

Seasonal rotating menus. Never had a bad meal there, maybe lil over salted but good. Drinks are solid and the general store is much fun.

The chicken tender salad was amazing!! My protein & urge to be healthy was satisfied at the same time.

The Lamb Slider appetizer , Van Damme, Clam Boil and Muffletta Pie are all excellent! Try the garlic butter snails when in season...delish!

They make their own beer here! Definitely try that out.
