The gumbo isn’t your traditional southern gumbo . It’s this like Etoufee (thick roux) but it’s really flavorful and will definitely fill you up.
The gumbo is surprisingly good, especially ver cajun fries . Don’t sleep on that or the clam chowder .
Didn't try the crab but the shrimp in crab shack sauce was delish! Good service too. Garlic fries are yum.
