Fri afternoons after lunch , it's so empty! Perfect if you like quiet moments in the club.
The towel drop somehow looks more like a changing room in the male changing room. Easily missed.
If you are looking for a trainer , you can ask for Theo.
Vetical studio room is not preferred for Body Attack class .
