The best coffee in town . Roast their own beans, studied syphon coffee making in Japan, super knowledgeable and friendly . Also great unique home baked goods !
Real macchiatos , best espresso in town , and all coffee is roasted in house. They change out their roasts every week so it's always new and exciting. Seriously, this is the best shop in town . Easily.
Easily the best coffee shop in town . In-house roasting, new beans each week, and passionate owners make the experience here divine for any coffee lover.
Caffe d'Bolla is for the true coffee connoisseur. Owned and operated solely by a husband-wife duo, it's obvious they are passionate about providing a superior cup. Hands down the best coffee in SLC.
So much respect for the barista's and their attention to detail to each cup that they pour. One of the best, if not the best coffee shop in SLC!
The service is great. The owners care about making good coffee and are very knowledgeable . My favorite place in Salt Lake to get coffee , hands down!
Amaaaaaazing coffee , and the owner is super friendly and knowledgable . Try the Siphon some time when you've got the time.
John, the owner, is a coffee expert and very friendly ! The siphon brew coffee really worth the experience!
If you have tastebuds and like QUALITY espresso (No 'coffee ' served here) then save yourself the walk to a lesser cafe and enjoy a fantastic americano or latte .
Great cappuccino and nice environment. Good to find proper coffee in Salt Lake City.
By far one of the greatest in Utah! Try the bubble tea or the siphon coffee . John & his wife are the nicest people ever!
Ask what they have on siphon , & make sure they describe each choice to you. Order a cup, & sit at the end of the bar so you can watch them brew it. Sip it slowly, taking frequent sips of cold water.
Make sure to have time to stay to enjoy your coffee , it'a better than taking it out.
Macchiato macchiato macchiato and then some Okinawan black sugar custard bubble tea !
The attention to detail is impressive. Almost as good as the coffee .
Fantastic macchiato . Not to be missed
Get coffee smart ... via the owner/barrista's artistic explanations of the international coffee of the day.
Machiato was one of the best I ever had.
The mochas are amazing and the siphon coffee is truly an experience. Also great bubble tea .
Get a slice of brownie . It's always a good decision.
espresso , latte art , syphon coffee , roaster on site, bubble tea , classes .
The double Ethiopian espresso this week is fabulous and refreshing
They will ruin you for all others. Best lattes I've ever had.
The mocha is amazing and their siphon coffee is truly an experience.
The mochas are amazing, and the siphon coffee is truly an experience.
Siphon coffee
Service is less than desirable. Man behind the counter was more interested in the photo session during normal business hours than actually serving customers without attitude.
There is no finer shop to get an espresso .
Great service very friendly :)
One of the better iced mochas I have had in a while.
The original bubble tea is fab!!!
The almond bubble tea ia amaaaaaazing
The owners treated me like I was a homeless thief who wandered over from the public library . Shame, I enjoyed their bubble tea previously. Will not go again after being treated poorly. Caffe d'Rude.
I don't visit The SLC without a stop here!
Two words: bubble tea .
If you like a snooty atmosphere and overpriced coffee served by a rude barista, this is the place for you. Avoid this place by going one extra block to the Salt Lake Roasting Company.
Try the siphon coffee
Siphon , beans - great
get some espresso and say hi.
Try their Seasonal Lemonades (when available) they're wicked tasty - #PDR
The latte is my litmus test of any coffee shop. Lattes here are phenomenal and the atmosphere is hard to beat. Great location too. - Seth Parsons
Great seasonal drinks, awesome beans, friendly folks. - Mitchell Wulfman
