Every lifetime is a little different, its nice if your needing lots of different workouts or just to have some relaxing things to take part in. Plus more true fitness type people in a gym like this.

I absolutely love this gym . Staff makes an effort to get to know your name and the place is immaculately clean .

Bust your ass when you are, and you will see results maybe not in the first few weeks but soon after!!! :)

Don't leave towels on the floor of the showers ! Also, don't sit your naked ass on the tiles in the sauna . Sit on a towel!

Sweet ass place, u work out in a very spacious gym , than u got heat room, pool, jaquoozie n steam room after, really big gym .

Have been members to all 3 lifetimes and this is by far the worst. The showers are so weak and machines are older than other clubs. Come on now $62 a month?
