Definitely a local place. Decide what you want before you get in the line . They will ask you if you want coffee at the end of the meal. Get the coffee and get the whole Rome experience.

A great local restaurant . We were definitely the only tourists in there. The staff was super friendly and so were the other customers. Highly recommended if you are starting east of Termini.
