zi char (食霸) seems to change owner, changed in whole team cook & service crews. Food standards changes too. Dine @ your own discretion.

TOKOYO western food is.delicious with reasonable price! It.moved from the other coffeeshop here!

I find the XLBs here rather good, value for money ! Do try the XLB and the Zha Jiang Mian is rather good too (: Enjoy!
