Don't get your brakes done here on a Monday or Friday-also make sure that the mechanics ARE CERTIFIED-it almost cost me my life by putting my brakes in their hands!

Called outset minute due to shortages in personnel. Charged me twice to reinspect my car for a simple fix. Will rape you in labor and try to charge you for things you don't need.

My tip? Don't let these people touch your car. Not even to put an air freshener in it.

Was called because my car was done. Get here, and they tell me they messed up and my wait will be 10 min. Wait is now 45 min and counting. Cool bro.

Terrible terrible customer service. The sales associates are decent most days. The managers are arrogant and refuse to give you the time of day. Over all I would recommend anywhere else. ANYWHERE!!

Pep Boys in North Wales Rd has way better people and service.
