We had the restaurant week menu. Carpaccio bison was excellent. Squab was fabulous -especially the stuffing! Stewed berries with addition of vanilla ice cream made this dessert excellent. :-)
The food here is EXCELLENT. Chili relleno for me and my husband had the Tewa Taco . They also have bar service . Grand slam home run . Plus the museum is awesome.
The seasonal menu when I visited was pre-contact dishes. The duck with pumpkin succotash was excellent to the point I believe everything on the menu is likely good as well .
Get the sampler feast for 2, it's a lot of food and would easily feed 3-4
Come hungry because the portions are huge and you'll wish you could eat every bite!
