Amira Lamb 's total body conditioning has to be the best class there is. She plays no games so bring your A game.
Odd place. A guy on stair master who looks like he's gonna throw his back out with his jolts forward and a large number of guys singing aloud a little too loudly .
If you're gonna do abs do them in the mats under the stairs facing the Green Market . View inspires!

New floors look good. Please rack weights properly... It's annoying to grab a ten behind two plates.
Large cardio area but very limited free weights . Gets the job done in a pinch but not the best option for regular lifters ????????????????????

This place could do with a full time cleaner. Dust & sanitize the machines at least once a day.

SK Energy Tip: When lifting weights over your head, avoid back injuries by squeezing your glutes together. This forces your back muscles to stabilize your spine.

Step on Wednesday at 6:30pm is high cardio , easy technique but you still sweat.
